Q. Can I cancel?

A. Cancellations can only be accepted on the day of the order.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us using the inquiry form with the following details. All items in your order will be cancelled. -

*We will start preparing for shipping from the next business day after your order is confirmed.
*Please note that cancellations are not possible once shipping preparation has begun.

Q. Regarding delivery dates

A. Items will be shipped sequentially from the next business day after the order is confirmed.
For convenience store payments and bank transfers, items will be shipped sequentially from the next business day after payment is confirmed.
(After long holidays such as New Year's and summer holidays, orders will be shipped sequentially from the next business day.)You can check the delivery status of your product using the tracking number provided by the delivery company in the "Shipping Completion Notification Email."

Q. Specifying delivery date

A. You can specify the desired delivery date and time in the shopping cart (excluding some products).
*Depending on the region, it may not be possible to specify a desired delivery time. In that case, even if you specify a date and time on the online store, the item will be shipped without a time specification. Please note.
*If no date and time is specified, the item will be shipped on the next business day after the order is confirmed. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
*If you would like to change the desired delivery date after your order has been shipped from MCKK, please complete the procedure yourself using the shipping company's tracking number listed in the shipping completion notification email.
*Please note that if the order confirmation date is delayed, such as in the case of convenience store payment or bank transfer, we may not be able to deliver the product on the specified date and time.

Q. If the product is returned due to a long absence

A. If you are unable to receive the product within 7 days of shipping, the delivery company's storage period will expire and the product will be returned to MCKK.
In this case, the return shipping fee (normal shipping fee) will be borne by the customer.
Please note that your purchase will be canceled and the product price will be refunded via your credit card company or bank transfer, minus the return shipping fee.
*Please note that we cannot re-ship products after they have been returned.

Q. When will my order be confirmed?

A. If your item cannot be delivered after shipping due to an unknown address, such as forgetting to change your registered address due to moving or entering the wrong address, we can forward your order to the correct address (within 7 days of shipping).
Please note that due to the shipping company's regulations, the recipient will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that are payable upon delivery.
*The additional shipping fee is the standard shipping fee from the delivery address listed on the shipping label to the new delivery address.

A. Your order will be confirmed once payment for the ordered items has been completed.
- For credit cards: When you press "Confirm order" on the purchase screen and confirm your order
- For ApplePay/GooglePay/PayPal: When payment is completed using each payment method
- For bank transfers and convenience store payments: When payment via each payment method is confirmed

Q. Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

A. Changes can only be made on the day of your order. Please contact us using the inquiry form with the following information:

*Please note that inquiries made after the next day cannot be changed as we are currently preparing for shipment.
